Scarborough Building Society is committed to providing you with the highest standards of customer service and care. If, at any time, you feel that our standard of service falls below that which you expect or you would like to make any suggestions for improvements, we will make every effort to address your concerns and take action where appropriate.
Please use the form below to submit your complaint details. All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days either by phone† or in writing. Further details can be found in our internal complaints procedure.
Please note that this form can only be used for complaints. For mortgage queries please use our mortgage callback request form, for savings and investment queries please use our savings enquiry form and for general feedback please use our general contact form.
