Scarborough Launches Broker Survey
Press release published on 22 February 2006 by Scarborough Building Society
Scarborough Building Society is launching a new survey on its broker website to find out what intermediaries want in terms of products and services.
And as an incentive to take part, there is the chance to win one of three iPod Shuffles.
The short survey is aimed at all mortgage intermediaries and hopes to find out about their business habits – for example whether they have previously used the Scarborough or not, what type of business they do, and what features are important to them.
Simon Evans, Relationship Manager, said: “Broker feedback is really important to us, and that’s why we have created this survey to ensure that we are catering for as many broker needs as possible.
“By offering a prize draw incentive we are hoping that more brokers will take part, so we can get a better idea of the views of a cross-section of the sector.”
The survey also aims to get brokers’ views on submitting business online as the Scarborough is due to launch its new online broker services this summer. The improved website will allow intermediaries to create their own KFIs, track cases and apply for mortgages – all online. At present, forms need to be printed and posted and KFIs are created centrally and emailed out by SBS.
