Scarborough Building Society has won national recognition for one of its savings accounts by winning a prestigious Moneyfacts Award for the ‘My Savings’ regular savings account.

And its not just Moneyfacts who think it’s worth shouting about – the account has been listed in a leading consumer magazine for the past year as one of their top regular savings accounts.

The Moneyfacts Awards are part of the Moneyfacts Group, which monitors all personal finance products available in the UK, including savings accounts. Moneyfacts is entirely independent and impartial, which makes this award recognition so important for the Society.

My Savings Product Details

• Accounts can be opened with as little as £10
• Save from £10 - £250 per month
• You can vary the amount saved each month (as long as it is at least £10)
• Current interest (as of 10.07.07) 6.55% gross p.a. (5.24% net p.a.) and 6.55% AER
• Minimum of 10 payments per year must be made to achieve the above interest rate
• One withdrawal is permitted from the account per anniversary year.
