Understanding our responsibility to deliver quality employment opportunities to people within our heartland, we are developing a financial services apprenticeship scheme for launch this autumn.
Under the scheme, we hope to offer several places a year to school leavers and those looking to change careers or return to work after a break.
Gaining experience of every aspect of our business during this three-year on-the-job learning programme, successful candidates will be able to guarantee a fantastic introduction to a fast-changing financial services sector which is full of opportunity.

An Investor in People, we provide modern, purpose-built facilities at our Scarborough head office, equipped with gym, subsidised restaurant and Learning Resource Centre.
We also offer sponsorship of professional qualifications, life assurance, company pension scheme, performance-related bonus and one paid volunteering day per year.
